An Optional Event Subscription allows you to pay a monthly fee to attend specific types of events from a specific event host instead of paying individually for each registration. A Optional Event, though benificial to some individuals, is completely OPTIONAL and you can choose whether or not you take advantage of it.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY OPTIONAL EVENT FEE AGREEMENT
- I authorize the AUTOMATIC MONTHLY charge set by the event host ICM in the AMOUNT OF $45.00.
- I may CANCEL at any time for future charges by either: deactivating the payment information in my account with Team TGIF, call: 404-427-0222 or email: Lmiproperties.dw@gmail.com.
- I understand that the event host ICM determines the amount of the automatic monthly optional event fee, as well as, what events are included, the content and quality of those events, which may be modified at their sole discretion at any time at which time, I will automatically be sent an email that I have unsubscribed.
- I am an authorized user for this card and the card issuer will be paid as agreed.
- I AGREE TO ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, DISCLAIMER, AND INDEMNIFICATION AS SET FORTH BELOW.
